This was a 1970's bathroom, we completely gutted the bathroom down to the studs, installed new drywall, plumbing, fixtures, new counter tops & vanity, new bathtub, new toilet, new tile floors, sliding shower door.  The paint finish is textured in suede finish on walls, new texture on ceilings, also added was heater fan.
This 1970's kitchen was updated to include removal of overhead cabinet to open up the kitchen.  This gave the feeling of a much bigger kitchen.  New counter tops, back splash, stove & vent fan were added to update and refresh the look of the cherry wood cabinet.  New hard wood cherry flooring, lighting, and paint finishes completed this transformation to an elegant updated room.
This was originally used as a hot tub room that had very limited use.  This complete transformaton was acheived by painting the wood paneled walls, taking out the two doors that separated the room from the main house to open it up to the rest of the house.  A new ceiling fan & lighting were added along with tile behind the fireplace, plus all new trim to brighten and update.   New carpet finished off the transformaton of this once unused room into a year round joy.
